I am a Science Educator at Adams Central High School in Hastings, NE. I am passionate about science and technology and I'm always looking for ways to integrate them. I am continually striving to develop critical thinking skills in my students and believe that Science Fair and Science Olympiad are amazing ways to do so. Technology gives our students so many more opportunities in the classroom and to become lifelong learners in the 21st century.
I grew up in the little town of Saronville and attended Sutton High School. After graduating, I attended Hastings College and graduated with a Biology degree. While at Hastings College, I was a part of the women's basketball team. I continued my education at Hastings College in the Masters of Art in Teaching program and was a graduate assistant for the Lady Broncos. I began teaching at Adams Central after graduating in 2006. I am married and have 3 rambunctious boys, love them dearly!
